What do I receive when subscribing to choozmail®?
Your subscription includes five (5) choozmail®
email addresses. If you require more than 5 accounts
simply request as many more as you require. Each family
member will have their own email address. You can set
up to five external email accounts, parental control
and Spam blocker rules. Your account will have 50Mb
of storage space for attachments, etc. and unlimited
storage for email -- more than enough for common family
use. You can subscribe at any time for any additional
items your family might need as your needs change. You
take charge and you determine what is best and right

address?

How safe is Cyberspace (the Internet and email)?
Children learn to use computers quickly, but because
they lack life experience, they can receive and/or reveal
information you as a parent might consider to be completely
inappropriate. That's just one reason children should
be supervised when they venture into Cyberspace or use
email and especially chat. Is it appropriate that your
eight-year old daughter learns how to purchase male

How can I control my child's email?
Besides being next to your children every time they
are using email there is not much you can do. That's

How does choozmail® protect my children?
First by eliminating unsolicited (junk) emails. These
emails are generally computer generated and do not take
into account the recipient's age or cultural background.
Extremely harmful images and text are often included
in these emails with very little control from any government
agency.
Second, you as a parent can create rules for each individual
child based upon their age and background and life experience.
You take charge. These rules can first redirect an email
to you that contains certain words or images. Your child
will be safe and you will make the decision if they
should receive the email or not. Further, if your child
engages with a new online friend for the first time,
you will be alerted by our system, via email, regardless
of where you are that contact has been made. You may
even monitor the conversation from afar and then, if
necessary, take decisive action and even add or adjust

Is choozmail® just another filter?
NO! You don't have any control over current filters.
Internet Service Providers (ISP) are well intended,
but they cannot possibly know all their subscribers.
They do not know you or your family; they do not understand
your cultural and philosophical values. Do they really
know what's best for your children? At choozmail®
we believe you as a parent know better. It's all
about taking control! Once again, you take charge.
Plus with a filter, that same faceless corporation makes
decisions for you; they make the determination as to
what is or is not junk (Spam) email. Some ISP's will
even arbitrarily delete attachments before you have
a chance to see them. Imagine that you are waiting for
an important and timely email that has a document attached...
how annoyed are you going to be when you find that your
ISP has determined that the attachment must be Spam
and has decided to delete it? With choozmail®,
our positive response technology will, unless you have
specified otherwise, place all emails from unknown sources
in a Pending file that you may check at any time
and then you can determine whether you want the

Do I have to purchase storage space for
each member of my family like most email systems?
NO! Your choozmail® storage space
is shared by all members of your family and you, as
the "Administrator" can view how the space is being
utilized at anytime. Remember with choozmail®,
for email messages, you have unlimited storage space,
too. Again choozmail® puts you in

My family already has many email addresses.
Can I consolidate them with choozmail®?
YES! You can set-up choozmail® to
receive email from as many external (not choozmail®)
accounts as you need. All incoming emails will be submitted
to all anti-Spam and parental control rules that exist
for you and your family. choozmail®
protects your family's choozmail®
accounts as well as incoming external email accounts.
As long as the external account is based upon standard
message transfer protocols (SMTP), you may use that/those
accounts through choozmail®. Please
note, HotMail, AOL and Yahoo, for example, cannot be
